We complete every search we accept unless our client cancels the search due to restructure or other such reason. The timeline has ranged from 3-7 months, max. We have a 98% 1 year retention rate. In the extremely rare case a new hire is not successful in the first year, we quickly complete a gratis replacement. Our fee is more reasonable and performance dependent.
