Brown & Brown of Florida, Inc–Fort Lauderdale is growing and seeking an exceptional individual with proven discipline, and commitment to join our team as Junior Graphic Design Specialist for our Employee Benefits Division. Our clients are small to large employers and we offer them cost-effective benefit packages for their employees and dependents, that include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA’s, FSA’s, STD, LTD, and more. The Specialist will design and create promotional materials for our Employee Benefits marketing efforts, including posters, brochures, and benefit booklets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB - Work with the Employee Benefits team to understand what Sales and Marketing materials are needed, then design and create them.
- Assist our sales team with the design and development of presentations to prospective clients.
- Create & Design Customized Communication Materials
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and agency goals.
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills -
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or similar – Highly Preferred -
Proficient and experienced using Publisher and PowerPoint Software -
Experience in designing or creating polished brochures, presentations, posters – Preferred -
Knowledge of employee benefits and/or health insurance industry a plus! Salary Range Negotiable
