This event stems from a tradition started in 2013 when the Boynton Beach Chamber of Commerce would recognize and honor a City of Boynton Beach Police Officer, Firefighter and Paramedic of the year as selected by their departments. “Since our merger with the Boynton Beach Chamber of Commerce almost two years ago, this program was a priority for us to bring back,” said Troy McLellan, President and CEO of the Boca Chamber. Additionally, McLellan states, “This program showcases the passion for service, dedication to a higher cause, and personal sacrifices that are at the core of being a First Responder.” Today’s program would not have been made possible without the support of Presenting Sponsor Baptist Health (Bethesda East and West), Get Dry, Inc, ADT, All Dry USA, and Florida Power and Light.
