Fundraiser for the Boca Raton Public Library An Evening with Dr. Watson, Historian and Author Boca Raton, Florida, January 24 – Join us January 24th at 6:00 PM for wine and hors d’oevres at the Spanish River Library Mezzanine in Boca Raton. A lecture will follow, given by distinguished Lynn University professor and award-winning author, Robert P. Watson, Ph.D. Dr. Watson will speak on the process of researching and writing two of his recent books, “The Nazi Titanic” and “The Ghost Ship of Brooklyn”. This event will also feature exciting raffle baskets containing items from Trader Joe’s, the YMC, wine and other great gift items. Tickets are $25 in advance (upon registration- see below) or $25 at the door (credit cards accepted). The Friends is a non-profit organization that raises funds to support and enhance the value of the Boca Raton Public Library as it serves our community.
