RSVP here Meet Our Florida Team Jim Roberts, P.E. | Senior Vice President & Water/Wastewater Market Director With over 40 years of experience in water resources engineering, Jim leads strategic initiatives in Florida, driving innovation and excellence across H2M’s projects statewide. Before joining H2M, Jim served as Deputy Commissioner of the NYC Department of Environmental Protection, overseeing the largest municipal water/wastewater utility in the country. Greg Cellamare, P.E. | Boca Raton Office Director Greg has extensive experience in environmental engineering, with a strong background in various environmental assessments and remediation projects. He has managed numerous contracts for public agencies and is now leading the development and expansion of H2M’s Boca Raton office. Tzufit Boyle, P.E., PMP, F.ASCE | Senior Water Resources Engineer Tzufit has over 25 years of experience in surface water design, groundwater contamination, wastewater treatment, and solid waste planning. She excels in project management and balancing diverse priorities. Tzufit serves as one of the Region 5 Governors representing the Florida Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Examples of Our Work Our strategic expansion into Boca Raton—one of several H2M offices in the state—was driven by a growing demand for our multidisciplinary catalogue of services, particularly in the key Water/Wastewater, Private Development, Education, Energy, Public Safety, and Government market sectors.
