The collaboration recently culminated in a showcase where four teams of students from Atlantic Community High School presented event concepts designed to enhance member engagement at the club. Following the success of this program, Boca West Country Club will hire 10 interns from the participating students as part of Junior Achievement's Summer Youth Employment Program. "This partnership exemplifies our commitment to developing the next generation of hospitality professionals while fostering innovative thinking that directly benefits our membership," said Matthew Linderman, President and General Manager of Boca West Country Club. "The creativity and professionalism demonstrated by these students exceeded our expectations, and we're excited to welcome select participants as summer interns." The partnership provides students with real-world business experience while giving Boca West Country Club fresh perspectives on member engagement.
