South Florida business leader Mona Straub announces her latest venture, Mona Straub Inspires, a vehicle for giving back to the business community through motivational speaking, executive business coaching, life coaching, and corporate team training. The new venture equips business leaders to shape better teams, better companies, and better lives, focusing on positivity, empathy, and personal development. Straub, a veteran entrepreneur, is the founder of Just Fur Fun, a retailer of clothing and accessories for dogs, cats, and horses. After scaling the company for 13 years, Straub engineered a successful exit from Just Fur Fun in 2024. Prior to her entrepreneurial ventures Straub led large sales teams in diverse industries. Through Mona Straub Inspires, Straub will continue to give motivational speeches to groups in the region, provide executive coaching, and help leaders optimize their team’s performance. “It’s always exciting to launch a new brand and see it come to life in the marketplace,” Straub explained. “Thank you to the team at Parklife, my creative agency that helped launch Mona Straub Inspires with a new visual brand identity, website, collateral materials, video, and social media. Her board participation and leadership has spanned area organizations devoted to animal welfare, including the Dachshund Rescue of South Florida and the Broward Humane Society.
