Delray Beach, FL (April 23, 2025)—Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County (HFHGPBC) is thrilled to announce the launch of Amanda’s Corner at the Delray Beach ReStore on Saturday, May 3, 2025. The festivities will kick off at 10 am with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Attendees will have the opportunity to shop while savoring delicious brunch bites, sipping from a mimosa bar, and creating their own arrangements at a DIY floral station. A ReStore enthusiast, Amanda Perna is CEO & Founder of The House of Perma, Co-Founder of A Little Wyld, a two-time Project Runway designer, published author, illustrator, and globally recognized speaker. Amanda is known for her bold use of color, contagious energy, and unwavering mission to empower women to live confidently and creatively. This corner will feature home decor, clothing, furniture, and statement pieces, all from the ReStore and curated by Amanda. "It’s such an honor to collaborate with Habitat for Humanity ReStore on this special project. I’ve always believed that great design should be accessible, and I wanted to create a space that feels like a boutique—where every corner holds a unique treasure waiting to be discovered. Giving back to the community and caring for our planet are both causes close to my heart, and shopping at ReStore beautifully supports both. You’re not only breathing new life into once-loved pieces, but also helping local families build brighter futures. That’s the kind of magic I’m proud to be part of.” The Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County ReStores are more than just home improvement thrift stores — they’re a vital part of Habitat’s mission to build homes, communities, and hope. With four locations across Palm Beach County, ReStores accept donations of furniture, appliances, décor, and building materials, offering them to the public at a fraction of retail prices. Every purchase and donation help divert quality items from landfills and directly supports Habitat’s efforts to partner with local families in building and repairing safe, affordable homes. It’s this spirit of community and purpose that makes the launch of Amanda’s Corner at the Delray Beach ReStore especially meaningful. “Amanda’s Corner offers shoppers a new way to support our mission while discovering inspiration, unique finds, and shopping with a purpose,” said Todd Passehl Chief Retail Officer of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County. “This partnership highlights the heart of what our ReStores are all about — turning generosity and imagination into real impact for families in our community.” Amanda’s Corner Launch Reception will take place from 10 am to 12 pm on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at the Delray Beach ReStore located at 1900 N. Federal Hwy, Delray Beach, FL 33483. Stop by and get a first look at Amanda’s curated collection and enjoy lite bites and mimosas.
