The National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) recently hosted their first-ever companywide volunteer day. More than 300 NCCI employees were out in the community to show their support for local non-profit organizations including Boca Helping Hands, Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County, Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County, Peter Blum Family YMCA of Boca Raton, Place of Hope, Sea Angels and SOS Children’s Villages. NCCI offers employees the opportunity to volunteer throughout the year for causes that matter to them. Employees receive 48 hours of volunteer time off (VTO) each year, 8 of which are limited to their companywide volunteer day, which just took place on Friday, October 13. Headquartered in Boca Raton, NCCI is the nation’s largest repository of workers compensation information. The company’s mission is to foster a healthy workers compensation system and it strives to integrate socially responsible principles into everything it does. Visit NCCI.com.
