The team is courteous, organized and responsive. My
Parents suffered from water damage and this company took care of the mitigation and rebuilt while holding my parents' hand through the entire process. The company also handled the claim work with our insurance company, which is a huge relieve from our shoulders. They are very accountable and took pride for their work. We were very happy with their services.

The Rapid Team was very fast to come onsite to assist. They were very professional, readily available to answer questions or provide direction, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process, most especially with helping us to interact with the insurance company. Scam Alert Don't trust Rapid Recovery Team .After Hurricane Ian they came to our neighborhood and paid a neighbor Julio to say he new the company and he trusted them. They told us that they would only charge what the going rate that FEMA paid for water damage and mold Removal.Never gave us certificate of mold remediation,or a reason why they charged 2 times the amount FEMA Flood ins paid .They did a terrible job .

I'd give them no stars if I could. They just took my and the insurance money and ran. Never put back my baseboards. Never filled in all the holes they drilled.

To make matters worse they threw out some artwork that got damaged before I could inventory it.

I will be consulting an attorney because no way am I paying to fix their shoddy workmanship.

This company is professional and courteous, and showed up during the timeframe that they promised. They provided a free mold assessment which was thorough and informative. If the time comes that we end up needing mold remediation, we will be calling them for their expert services. Thank you to Erick for his Knowledgeable, straightforward approach.

Awesome experience with this Team. About three months of work done with outstanding team work, cooperation, efficiency, great rapport. They took charge, immediately giving confidence in their work and relieved my stress.

This is a good company but, some of the team members could work on their customer service skills. I was unable to answer my door and the person insisted on banging on the door instead of walking away.

They come and go leaving your door wide open and unlocked. Not very careful in moving furniture, unplugs devices without prior approval

Having your home flooded is such a nightmare and I am so grateful to Rapid Recovery Team. I discovered the disaster at 1:30 in the morning and then management contacted rapid and they were here within an hour and just took over . I can't say enough about this company. They understood the stress of having this happen and they were patient and kind and considerate. As they went along they explained how the process worked and before they left at the end of the day they always left the place so clean as best they could and I was so impressed with that as they never left a mess for me to clean up. I have a friend who had a similar disaster happen at his home and he had the worst experience with the company that came in so I was very nervous having known what he went through and all I can say is we got lucky. The property manager here has told me all the insurance companies choose them because they have such a good reputation, they are honest and reliable. I highly recommend this company and would say you're taking a chance if you choose anyone other than Rapid Recovery Team because you can't go wrong with them . I probably sound like I work for them but honestly I am just a happy happy consumer, they really did a tremendous job in the middle of this nightmare and I really do thank them!!!!!
