I couldn't wait for this restaurant to open in his not disappointing that her multiple times and every time it gets better and better the seafood salad is fresh and amazing but you have to try the chicken Parm nobody does it better and last but not least the meatballs are second to none my Nana's. We're pretty good these are unbelievable.

I know Rosebud's brick chicken from Chicago and was eager to try this dish in Boca Raton. I ordered carryout along with a cheese ravioli dinner. Pickup was relatively easy as valet allowed me to park in a designated valet area just to run in and pick it up. I was quickly greeted at the entrance and it only took a few minutes to pay and get my food.
I must commend the carryout team as my food was tightly wrapped in saran wrap that eliminated any sauce leaking.
The brick chicken was delicious but seemed smaller than I remembered. It also came with three slim pieces of broccolini. The price of the meal was exorbitant for being chicken. The ravioli was fine with a red sauce.
I asked if there was a kids menu but they said no. So, for now we won't be returning.

Fine Italian dining restaurant in the mizner park area Boca Raton.
Relaxing ambiance, quiet, dimmer lights, with soft music.
Excellent service, friendly and professional hostess and waiters ( more than one waiter per table)
Food was greatly delicious from the house salad to the fried calamari ( shareable portion) and honestly the food portion was enough to be shared from the tender, deliciously tender prepared lamb chops to the extraordinary huge chicken parmigiana platter
Don't miss the chocolate mousse cake that is enough for at least 4-5 people no joke lol !
      Highly recommended specially for groups
      Will be back for sure

I have been to this restaurant three times. This was my third time from the time I sat down, which now is round tables instead of square tables, which makes it very uncomfortable for four people or six people to sit together outside, then came the bread when we used to come, the bread had olives and cheese. It was a lovely fresh basket now the bread was some stale white bread. When I mentioned this to the waitress she said they made changes. The waitress was very nice. Kept calm, trying to make up for all the things that were happening that we were not happy about so she was a very, good waitress. Unfortunately, nothing was done to make me a happier customer.
Then we asked for the Caesar salad, which used to feed six and now you're lucky to feed one and a half people I had the salad which was house , which was also smaller and the shrimp was only three shrimp and they consider them large shrimp and charge nine dollars really I don't think they were nine dollar shrimp. The chicken was OK and also we had the à la vodka. which was also OK we then had the manager come over and he started off with the attitude and didn't get the attitude. I told him what I didn't like he said OK take it into consideration, and he said sorry about that. He gave me this attitude like I don't care if you come back or not, which I probably won't I'm very unhappy that this happened and I told him I was unhappy customer he could've cared less.
We were standing outside to get our car and a couple that comes three times a week. They also felt the same way that I did about the bread and the attitude of that manager so he said he was the manager. I heard that the real manager had been away for six days
Unfortunately, this will be the last time I returned, and I will tell my friends of this incident. Sorry about that cause I really thought it would be a best new restaurant in town if things had not been changed so rapidly.

Parking garage around the corner. Friendly staff beginning with the Hostesses from the moment you walk In continued with great service!
Being from the Northeast it's hard find good authentic Italian food in South Florida, when I heard it was good Italian food from Chicago I wanted to compare and it DID NOT disappoint!
They brought bread with olives and cheese on the side , Reggiano Parm was one of the cheeses that's when I knew we were probably going to be happy!
The dining room has very nice ambiance with comfortable seating . A Nice menu with something for everyone'! The mafaldine pasta bolognese had that delicious homemade flavor and was a good portion with real bolognese sauce. The seafood salad appetizer was also very good. Hopefully they stay consistent as they did in Chicago so they will be around for a long time. The chocolate cake was delicious and large enough to serve at least 3 people and the cheesecake was very good too.
      We will be back.

A month later , and we dined at Mia Rosebud. It was delicious. It's one of tie prettiest restaurants in town,, and has a great waitstaff. Richard was our waiter, and he was/is a pro. Drinks were delicious, ( gin martinis and Persecco). Chopped salad, fettuccine bolognese. And veal chop on the bone, Parmesan style. All were delicious. This restaurant has a real vibe, making the ambiance off the chart. Pretty people, great drinks and food, and life is good.....

I knew about this restaurant because they have several restaurants in the Chicago area but I never had a chance to try them when I was there. The restaurant is beautiful inside and they have a bar with half indoor and outdoor seating. Service was excellent and everyone was friendly and helpful. After reading a review, I knew we had to try the eggplant stack chopped. It was so delicious, and they added some chopped red onion to it for us. The eggplant was crisp and the balsamic drizzle was really good. We shared chicken parm and vesuvio potatoes as an entree (the portions were very generous!) The chicken was cooked perfectly and pounded thin (the ONLY way lol). The sauce on the chicken was really delicious, but I like a little extra lol. I loved the sauce in the potatoes (dipped the bread in it). Oh and they bring you a basket of warm bread and chunks of parm cheese, and marinated olives to nibble on while you wait for your meal. Definitely would recommend stopping by.

We've been to Mia Rosebud several times. The food is pretty good, with large portions. However, we have had service problems most of the time. On one occasion we were a group of ten and it took an hour - yes, an hour, to get our drink order. The patrons at the bar had no problem getting their drinks, but the tables were another matter. The waitress told us the problem was that there was another large table that ordered drinks. But our waitress stood at the bar with a bartender for at least 15 minutes making drinks when it was finally her turn.
The restaurant is gorgeous; they spent a fortune on it. And in the first two weeks, when the Chicago people were there for the opening, the service was pretty good. But it was downhill from there. I'm hoping that they get their act together, as they have a nice menu and as I mentioned, the place is beautiful.

      First to Review

Boca Raton is in for a treat. Tonight my wife and I made it to the opening night of Mia Rosebud, the first Florida outpost of a much-loved group of upscale Italian restaurants in Chicago and suburbs. As a lifelong Chicagoan, I've been happily enjoying Rosebuds since their first appearance in Chicago's Little Italy in the mid-70s.

As Chicago-based snowbirds, we're always on the lookout for great new restaurants down here where it doesn't snow. And this Rosebud is just as amazing as its Chicago counterparts. The menu boasts many of the unique offerings we've never before been able to find outside our home city.

We had a top-notch server, Nick, who started us off with the complimentary focaccia bread, served with kalamata olives and chunks of parmesan cheese. A great way to start our meal.

Then we went with one of Rosebud's most popular originals - the eggplant stack. A salad served in layers, we requested it be chopped. The amazing mixture of crisp breaded eggplant, fresh parmesan chunks, gorgeous beefsteak tomatoes, greens, kalamata olives, olive oil, and balsamic glaze is truly a taste sensation. We have tried to find something similar in other Italian restaurants, but it doesn't seem to exist outside the Rosebud Empire. While you cannot go wrong with anything on this menu, we highly recommend that you try the eggplant stack. It won't be your last time.

We then went with the brick chicken - a whole de-boned chicken. However it is that they prepare this terrific dish, it is delivered on a platter that holds the chicken, crisp on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. The different textures of both crisp and juicy are fun to enjoy, and the taste is out of sight.

As our side, we went with the Vesuvio potatoes. a combination of tender potato pieces covered with a garlic and white wine sauce. We devoured it.

The service and food were literally flawless, remarkable for any restaurant on its first night open to the public. We were just too full to contemplate anything else, not even dessert. But we recognize many of the dishes from Rosebud's presence in Chicago, and I can assure you won't go wrong with any of the steak, lamb, chicken, or seafood offerings.

Mia Rosebud will for sure be one of your favorites now, Boca. Come and get it. Come on in and see what Chicago's been shouting about for 50 years.
